Well , after watching aamir's movie im like more than happy coz he's given the word idiot a whole new meaning ... kudos to him for that...the movies nothing exceptional according to me... but it did remind me of my good old college days... which's like the best days of my life ...
Being an "IDIOT" myself ive gone thru a lot of ups and downs ! but neva to that extent though ! well ya , the screen play by Abhijat Joshi is beyond words .. he's the one behind lage raho if im not wrong... !!!! well part of college we ve seen it all .. internals was thrilling enuf ... followed by the numerous no of assigments that we had... no wonder suicidal tendencies were high amongsnt us too... lol , well this aint about my sapthagiri college saga ! but just my random thought bout the film... well my frnds think its a flawless work of art , but methinks it a little above normal ... luke warm .. thats again only thanks to Abhijat Joshi if it werent for him.. the movie wudnt be wat it is anyway ! lets get one thing straight CINEMA cant save lives ... no way ... nobody will stop haggling for marks in internals just coz he/she saw "IDOITS" the competition aint gonna stop no ways ... and so be it... competition is gud for the ones who take it in its stride ... The film is high on FUNDAS ... which i personally hate ! so i guess the moive's HO HUMM>>> OKAI sorts for me atleast... i agree its a laugh riot and the dialogz awesome ! but what beats me is dont we all go to college for marks... and im possibly the best person who can tell yu the importance of an awesome scorecard ... curtsy the miserable marks i got from day 1 of existence ! well not that im complaining .. i gave it my best atleast after enlightenment.. well thats another story ... but ya i ve no complains against our system It is gud .. its teaches us to compete ...the ones who know to play their cards are the ones who'll ulitmately succeed ... so guys dont just look and the movie and say " I AINT GONNA STUDY >>> I 'LL DO WHAT I LIKE " sorts , its all gud in movies and books... when its comes to reality... its better yuve yur marks sorted out before yu speak nonsense like that!
The cinematography by C.K. Muraleedharan is extremely refreshing, especially with scenes in the college campus, and ones in Simla. The plot has few characters, who individually have distinctive and subtly comic attributes (Eg. VIRUS). Muralee has a done a great job in using the right angles or making our trio look young, which is a credit to the make-up artistes too.
well the reason i dint quite like it is.. the fact being In munna bhai Mbbs if it was Jadoo ki jappi n give love to ur patients, here it was love ur work n d machines.;) basic theme was d same..... but MAN they know how to make money dont they ....?????? look at the earth shattering start they got ! thanks to a million "IDIOTS " like us whos spend Rs. 500 /- just for the old wine in a new bottle.. what beats me is why so much hype around the movie??????????
Perfection and its pursuit has only one path. Be the best. Be on top. thats the way our desi engineering section works and its here to stay ... show yur creativity after yu get out ! do what yu want after that degree is in yur hands pal ! else its a hard world out there .. and dont expect aamir or hirani to save yu man coz they ve got what they wanted ... ! and ya the whole point of kareena being a doc is by far the best comedy created by the film makers as such ! and i almost forgot the suction cup comedy too ! wah what nonsense its worse than my blog guys !
so as for me im pretty content with my desi engineering style and the way our system works .. so im not for the change that aamir's bent on bringing ! study , mug get marks , sort yur life out ... then may be go on and make a school of yur own ... thats if yur interested in one... !
